Radostina Paine (Tina)

Managing Director, Practice Assurance Principal / Audit Partner
Tina is a Senior Statutory Auditor with a specialist focus on the financial services sector. As a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK and a general affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), she brings a strong regulatory and technical foundation to her work. Tina has spent the majority of her career in major audit firms, where she developed deep expertise in statutory and regulatory audits, including client assets (CASS), safeguarding, and Solvency II. Her experience spans a wide range of financial institutions, including private equity houses, investment managers, listed investment trusts, UCITS funds, banks, payment service providers, and insurance companies. She combines technical excellence with sector insight to deliver audits that are both compliant and commercially relevant.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction, is passionate about fitness as a qualified fitness and wealth management coach and has a keen interest in music - particularly classical and rock - as well as art, especially oil paintings.
Filip Lyapov
ACA, FCCA, CPA
Head of Finance and Business Development / Audit Partner
Filip is a Senior Statutory Auditor with a specialist focus on the financial services sector, while also delivering audits across a range of other industries. With over 30 years of experience gained in both industry and major audit firms, onshore and offshore, he brings a unique blend of financial compliance knowledge and hands-on technical expertise. Filip has led financial and regulatory audits for stand-alone entities and complex group structures in the investment, insurance, and banking sectors, as well as other non-financial industries. His approach is grounded in practical insight and regulatory precision, helping clients enhance their financial reporting and strengthen compliance frameworks.
Outside work, Filip enjoys sports and music. He plays tennis and chess regularly, follows football as a season ticket holder for West Ham, and appreciates a wide range of music, both old and new. He also enjoys attending concerts, festivals, and live music events.
Milena Mitova
FCCA, CPA, CIA
Head of Audit Quality and Technical Director / Audit Partner
Milena is a Senior Statutory Auditor with a specialist focus on the non-financial sector. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Bulgaria, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with the Institute of Internal Auditors in the US, and a general affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Her career spans both practice and regulatory roles, with her most recent experience involving Audit Quality inspections for the UK’s audit and accounting regulator, the Financial Reporting Council (FRC). Milena combines international qualifications with a strong understanding of audit quality and regulatory expectations, delivering assurance services that are both rigorous and insightful.
Outside of work, Milena enjoys travelling around the world and within the UK, exploring new countries and cities, trekking through beautiful natural landscapes, and immersing herself in history through landmarks, monuments, museums, and historic settings.
Atul Atri
FCCA
ISQM1 Operational Lead / MLRO / Audit Partner
Atul is a Senior Statutory Auditor delivering statutory audits across both financial services and non-financial sectors, with a strong focus on audit quality. A Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK, Atul’s experience includes leading audits at a Big Four firm, with significant international exposure. He has also worked as an audit quality inspector at the UK’s Audit and Accounting Regulator, the Financial Reporting Council (FRC). This experience gives him valuable insight into regulatory expectations and key audit quality focus areas. Atul works closely with clients and engagement teams to deliver robust, high-quality audits that inspire confidence among regulators and stakeholders. He brings a rigorous, regulator-informed approach to assurance engagements, ensuring audits meet high professional and regulatory standards while remaining practical and insightful.
Outside of work, Atul enjoys quality time with his family and staying active through fitness. He has a strong interest in sports, especially cricket, and follows the game closely. He also enjoys travelling and exploring new places, cultures, and experiences.
